Zakazivanje Online is a modern software solution aimed at improving the scheduling process, ie booking appointments for various types of services, improving the time management process, optimizing the working hours of employees and other staff involved in the scheduling process. By applying the best aspects and principles of Software as a Service (SaaS), we have created a flexible and modular software solution that can meet the needs of a large number of users with the ability to efficiently customize and develop new functionalities based on specific user requirements.
We are focused on achieving the goal of enabling as many entrepreneurs and companies as possible to use the Zakazivanje Online system under the most favorable conditions.

MY
ADMIN
After registering a Business Account, an administrator account is created for the user to access the personalized My Admin user interface. In this way, the user has the opportunity to use the following functionalities of the Zakazivanje Online software free of charge:
- Presentation on the most advanced scheduling system
- Create one employee account and access the My Appointments admin panel*
- Ability to create additional accounts for employees with access to the admin panel My Appointments*
- Create a “place of service” – adapted for providers that do not link appointments to employees (e.g. line 1 / line 2, etc. for vehicles technical inspection)
- Intuitive environment for creating and managing working hours of employees
- Create multiple types of services with different durations (time slots)
- Creating available working time with different time slots
- Records of service users
- Real-time appointment booking
- Unlimited number of appointment reservations
- Management of reserved and completed appointments
- Receiving and sending email notifications
- Possibility of developing custom functionalities**
MY
APPOINTMENTS
The Business user who creates an account with a role in the Software "Employees" allows the employee to access the following functional units of the Zakazivanje Online software:
- Access the admin panel My Appointments
- Personalized user interface for the employee
- Creating available working time with different time slots
- Management of available working time with one or more employers
- Insight into reserved dates with one or more employers
- Unlimited number of appointment reservations
- History of reserved and realized terms
- Management of reserved and completed appointments
- Receiving and sending email notifications
- Possibility of developing custom functionalities**
*For each additionally created admin account and/or employee account, the user pays a monthly fee in the amount of 5EUR per created account. Payment is made in dinars at the middle exchange rate of the NBS on the day of invoicing.
The fee for each additionally created admin account and/or employee account is paid for each started month in which the specified account (and/or accounts) was created within 5 (five) days from the day of issuing the invoice. The billing period is a calendar month. Zakazivanje Online d.o.o. will submit invoices electronically (by email). The day of receipt of the invoice is the day when the invoice was received electronically (email).
For users who want to create 10 or more admin and/or employee accounts, we grant additional benefits.
Note: These fees do not include costs that may be incurred in connection with the use of third party services such as SMS service, Viber notification services, newsletter services, etc.
** In case of requests for changes, modifications and refinements of the Software, the User will submit such requests in writing and/or by email with a detailed description of the request. Requests may be accepted or rejected in whole or in part, whereby Zakazivanje Online d.o.o. will notify the User in writing and/or by email. Offer for changes, modifications and refinements of the Software, ie the development of customized functionalities is made on the basis of an estimate of the required number of working hours multiplied by the working hour prices valid on the day of compiling the offer.
