Below are details on the collection, use, nature and scope of the processing of your personal data by Zakazivanje Online d.o.o. Novi Sad, which is in the position of the Manager of your personal data (hereinafter: 'Zakazivanje Online d.o.o.' or 'we').

End users can access all functionalities of the Software after completing the registration form set out in the Software 'Register / Create a client account', accepting these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy and verifying the entered data (email addresses). End users who do not wish to register an account with the Software may access the Software with limited functionality.

• Business users, who access the admin part of the Software at: https://admin.zakazivanje.online . Business users create an account using the registration form 'Register / Create a Business account' displayed on the Software and gain access to 'My Admin' part of the Software after validation of submitted data, acceptance of these Terms of Use, Privacy Policy and signing the Agreement on assignment of rights to use Software, i.e. after payment of the fee for the use of the Software (if applicable).

Zakazivanje Online d.o.o. collects only the necessary data for the use of the Software in accordance with the Law, the highest ethical and moral standards, good business practices and in order to provide quality service.

All collected data will be available to employees of Zakazivanje Online d.o.o. and will not be ceded to third parties without your consent, unless required to do so by law or in court. Also, your data may be used and passed on to third parties in cases of protection of the security of our data and protection of the functioning of our programs, services and technical systems, all in accordance with the Law.

Zakazivanje Online d.o.o. may contact you in certain cases on behalf of external business partners on the basis of an offer that may be in your interest and which may have the character of a marketing campaign. We leave the possibility for Users to be deleted from the mailing lists used for marketing campaigns that we will conduct. Revocation, ie deletion from the mailing list, does not affect the admissibility of processing performed on the basis of consent before revocation.

All customer data is strictly kept and all employees at Zakazivanje Online d.o.o. are required to respect the confidentiality of your information.

Although you provide the information voluntarily with your consent, you may at any time request its deletion and the cessation of any form of communication between you and Zakazivanje Online d.o.o. 2. Information we receive from you

Registration on the Software

All information we collect is obtained directly from you, when you register, or when you fill out the registration form set out in the Software 'Register user/client account' and/or when booking the desired appointment, which is a form with the same information as 'Register user/client account'.

You may use the Software without disclosing your identity, but with limitations on the available functionality of the Software.

It is necessary to leave your personal information on certain parts of the Software in order to be able to access all the functionalities of the Software. You will leave your information in the 'Register user/client account' part of the Software and/or when booking the desired appointemnt, which is a form with the same information as 'Register user/client account'. The information you need to enter when registering a user/client account (required information) are: name and surname, date and year of birth, email address, password and phone number.

Zakazivanje Online d.o.o. will never ask you for additional information that is not necessary to provide the service you requested. In this regard, in no case do we collect special categories of data, such as data relating to your racial or ethnic origin, political opinion, religious or philosophical beliefs or trade union membership, or the processing of genetic data, biometric data, data regarding health status, sex life, or sexual orientation.

When using the Software, various data are exchanged between your device and our server, which may be personal data. The data collected in this way, among other things, is used for the smooth functioning of the Software, optimization of the Software or for the purpose of displaying advertisements in the browser of your device. When using the Software, the browser you use on your device will automatically and without your activity send to the server of our Software: IP address of the device from which the request was sent and which has Internet access, date and time of access, name and URL of downloaded file, referrer URL and if you need a browser that you use and a computer operating system that. The legal basis for the processing of the IP address is a legitimate interest, which arises from the stated purpose of data processing, bearing in mind that this is a technical condition for the functioning of the Software.

The server temporarily stores the specified data in a so-called log file for the purposes of: ensuring the establishment of a smooth connection and efficient use of the Software and assessing the security and stability of the system.

Newsletter

In case of signing up for a newsletter, we collect your email address. You can revoke your consent to receive newsletter notifications at any time, in which case we will stop sending you this type of notification. Revocation of consent does not affect the admissibility of processing carried out on the basis of consent prior to revocation.

3. Purpose of collecting your personal data

We will collect your data in order to enable you to connect with the desired service provider – 'Business User', so that you can make a reservation of the desired appointment, to have an insight into the appointments you have booked and the appointments you have realized. We may also use your information to prevent misuse of the Software, and in particular to prevent the intentional reservation of free appointments in order to prevent the normal operation of the service provider – 'Business Users'. In addition, we will collect your data for the purpose of conducting Software satisfaction surveys, as well as producing statistics for internal needs and statistical reports for service providers – 'Business Users', without disclosing any personal data of the individual.

4. Disclosure of information

The collected data is stored in compliance with the highest industry standards and data protection measures and can be accessed by employees of Zakazivanje Online d.o.o. government agencies and persons who will be engaged in data processing on our behalf, for the purpose of concluding and executing distance selling contracts, providing the requested service and / or other purposes for which you have given approval. We will not make your information available in any way, unless required by law.

5. Forwarding data to third parties

6. Duration of data storage

Zakazivanje Online d.o.o. will keep your data as long as necessary to fulfill the stated purpose, and in accordance with legal regulations. After creating / registering a user/client account on the Software, personal data will be processed until the deletion of the user account or withdrawal of the given consent. Revocation of consent does not affect the admissibility of processing performed on the basis of consent before revocation.

7. Data on minors

Zakazivanje Online d.o.o. does not intentionally process personal data of minor children under 16 years of age. In order to prevent the use of the Software by persons under the age of 16, Zakazivanje Online d.o.o. when registering a user account as a mandatory field requires entering data on the month and year of birth. Persons under the age of 16 cannot create user accounts on the Software. Parents and/or guardians are encouraged to properly and carefully monitor minors as they search the Internet, especially when it is possible to leave personal information.

• The right to appeal to the responsible supervisory authority (Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection).
