Zakazivanje.online is a software solution – web application (hereinafter: 'Software') developed with the intention to facilitate and enable the improvement of the process of scheduling appointments of various types of services, improving the process of working time management, optimizing working hours of employees and other staff. involved in the scheduling process.

Users of the Software are (hereinafter: 'User and/or Users'):

• End Users, who access the Software at: https://zakazivanje.online . End users can access all functionalities of the Software after completing the registration form set out in the Software 'Register / Create a client account', accepting these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy and verifying the entered data (email addresses). End users who do not wish to register an account with the Software may access the Software with limited functionality.

• Business users, who access the admin part of the Software at: https://admin.zakazivanje.online . Business users create an account using the registration form 'Register / Create a Business account' displayed on the Software and gain access to 'My Admin' part of the Software after validation of submitted data, acceptance of these Terms of Use, Privacy Policy and signing the Agreement on assignment of rights to use Software, i.e. after payment of the fee for the use of the Software (if applicable).

The software is the intellectual property of Zakazivanje Online d.o.o.

The contents that are part of the Software are the product of the work of employees and associates of Zakazivanje Online d.o.o. as well as business users, i.e. other entities that post texts, photos and other multimedia content on the portal.

Zakazivanje Online d.o.o. strives to regularly update the content and to make the information available to Users accurate and from reliable sources.

In addition to presenting Business users (companies / entrepreneurs) from various branches of business and their services, the Software enables Users to view available terms and reserve appointments previously shown / created by Business users and / or their employees using the Software.

All Users use the Software keeping in mind all its known features and the possibility that it contains hidden flaws.

The User may not make changes to the Software.

Zakazivanje Online d.o.o. is not liable for any damages that may arise from the use or related to the use of the Software.

Zakazivanje Online d.o.o. is not responsible for the content and quality of the service provided that is reserved using the Software.

Zakazivanje Online d.o.o. is not responsible for the outcome of the service provided which is reserved using the Software.

Zakazivanje Online d.o.o. is not responsible for the contents of the database, the contents of the report and all other elements of the Software that the User may configure in the database.

Zakazivanje Online d.o.o. is not responsible for the realization of reserved terms and / or the realization of working hours of employees.

Zakazivanje Online d.o.o. is not responsible for any relationship that may be established between the Business user (service provider) and the service user and/or employee of the service provider and the user and/or employee and employer (Business user) and/or other relationship that through the Software can be established by Software Users.

Zakazivanje Online d.o.o. is not responsible for the correctness of the links that lead to other sites, nor is it responsible for the content of those links and the consequences that may arise from the use of such sites.

Zakazivanje Online d.o.o. expressly prohibits Users from posting or transmitting to the Software content and information that is protected by copyright law. Zakazivanje Online d.o.o. cannot accept any responsibility if such content is posted by the User and content suspected of being subject to copyright law will be temporarily or permanently removed if that suspicion proves to be true.
